Terms of Service

Subscription, trial, and service terms for AnyLinker Odoo Enterprise SaaS operated by Suzhou Yuanding Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("AnyLinker", "we", "us").

1. Agreement

By starting a trial, creating an Odoo instance, subscribing, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Service description

We provide hosted Odoo Enterprise SaaS, including dedicated instances, modules, Alibaba Cloud hosting, operations, security, backups, and upgrades. Editions (Standard, Trade Edition, Professional) and features depend on your plan and order-page specifications. Implementation, training, and support are quoted separately unless included in your order.

3. Order and instance configuration

You must provide accurate instance name, domain, plan, user count, billing period, version, datacenter, apps, and optional services. Domains must comply with law and our naming rules. You are responsible for accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

4. Trials

Trials are for evaluation only. Duration and limits are as shown on our website or portal. We may suspend violating trials. After expiry without paid subscription, we may suspend or delete trial data. Convert to a paid plan to continue using your data.

5. Subscription, fees and renewal

Fees are generally per user per period as published at order time. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable. Renew before expiry; late renewal may cause suspension. Price changes are announced in advance.

6. Your data and privacy

Your business data remains yours. We protect it with reasonable measures and do not sell it. You may request export per platform rules. See our privacy policy for personal data handling.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, distribute malware, attack networks, spam, infringe IP, or harm platform stability. We may suspend or terminate after notice where practicable, or immediately in emergencies.

8. Availability, maintenance and support

We aim for stable hosting on Alibaba Cloud with backups as described on our website. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Support response times depend on your plan.

9. Suspension, termination and data retention

We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, expired trial without subscription, or legal requirements. Export data within the stated period after termination; otherwise data may be deleted without compensation.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction in Suzhou, Jiangsu.
