- Product interest, company size, and notes you provide

SaaS customer data
Data you enter in your Odoo SaaS instance belongs to you. We host on Alibaba Cloud with encryption, access controls, and backups as described in our service terms. You may request export of your data at any time.
Retention & security
We retain contact records as long as needed for sales and support, then delete or anonymize unless law requires otherwise. We apply industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email us at odoo@chinamaker.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
