Subscription, trial, and service terms for AnyLinker Odoo SaaS.

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of AnyLinker Odoo Enterprise SaaS and related services offered by Suzhou Yuanding Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“AnyLinker”, “we”, “us”). By starting a trial, subscribing, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
AnyLinker provides hosted Odoo Enterprise software (Standard, Trade Edition, or Professional tiers), optional implementation/training/support services, and localization extensions as described on our website. Features vary by edition; we may update the platform to track Odoo releases and regulatory requirements.
3. Trials
Free trials are time-limited and for evaluation purposes. We may suspend trials that violate acceptable use. Trial data may be retained for a limited period after expiry; subscribe to continue using your data in production.
4. Subscription & billing
Software subscription is billed per user per period (monthly or annual) as published on our pricing pages. Professional services are quoted separately. Minimum user counts and edition rules apply as stated at order time. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of business data entered in your instance. You may request export subject to technical and contractual conditions. See our privacy policy for data handling details.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or actions that impair platform stability. We may suspend access for material violations after reasonable notice when practicable.
7. Availability & support
We target high availability on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure with backups as described on our website. Support response times depend on your support plan. Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyLinker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Suzhou, Jiangsu, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
